Sony Pictures already announced the Madame Web movie in their Spider-verse projects working along with Marvel Studios.
With the huge success of Spider-Man: No Way Home movie, Sony Pictures plans to create a separate universe called Spider-Verse.
The Madame Web movie already created excitement among the fans with Dakota Johnson playing the lead role.
While the director of the movie is S.J Clarkson, and the writers are Kerem Sanga, Matt Sazama, and Burk Sharpless.
However the shooting for the film begins in a couple of weeks, and Emma Roberts joins the cast of Madame Web movie.
Along with Dakota Johnson as Madame Web, Sydney Sweeney, Isabel Merced, and Celeste O’Connor.

Emma Roberts joins the cast of Madame Web movie according to the reports from Deadline her role is still unknown.
While Emma Roberts recently wraps production on the upcoming rom-com “Maybe I Do” and also appeared in American Horror Story: 1984.
This Madame Web movie will be Emma Roberts’s first Marvel movie appearance.
Although, the role of Emma Roberts in this movie is unknown and not yet revealed to the fans.
There are endless characters she could play in this movie like the possibility of the role being Spider-Gwen.
Madame Web Storyline
In the comics, the first Madame Web (Cassandra Webb) is an old woman with myasthenia gravis disease.
And was connected to a life-support system that looked similar to a spider web. Due to her age and medical condition, Madame Web never actively fought any villains.
Although, she has the powers of telepathy, clairvoyance, prescience, and the ability to sense the presence of psionic powers in others.
And when dying she can transfer her powers and ability to another individual along with her blindness like Julia Carpenter in the comics.
Therefore, the movie can be presented with this storyline as the main plot and allowing the appearance of Spider-powered people from across the multiverse.

The Madame Web movie is set to premiere in theaters on July 7, 2023.
