Abomination’s human form will appear in the Disney+ series She-Hulk, as Tim Roth confirms. Marvel’s She-Hulk is set to debut this year. She-Hulk is Bruce Banner’s cousin who gains superhuman abilities after receiving a blood transfusion in the comics.

Tatiana Maslany, an Emmy Award-winning actress, will play Jennifer in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War film. In addition to Jameela Jamil, Ginger Gonzaga, Renee Elisabeth Goldsberry, and Mark Ruffalo, the series features a diverse cast.

She-Hulk will also feature another MCU alum in Roth, who was previously rumored to be in the running. He previously appeared in 2008’s The Incredible Hulk as Emil Blonsky, aka Abomination. For some reason, the film had been forgotten for years by the franchise. Nonetheless, fans were delighted to learn that Roth would reprise his role as Abomination in She-Hulk. This will be so after previously appearing in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

Blonsky remained in his Abomination form in Shang-Chi, just as he had done in The Incredible Hulk. Roth, in a recent interview, confirmed that Abomination’s human form will also be appearing as She-Hulk, so that won’t be the case for much longer. On the On Tape podcast, hosted by Dempsey Pillot from The DisInsider, Roth said, “Oh yeah!” when asked if he would appear in the MCU. That he called himself “weird” when he came back as Abomination makes sense for a character like this.

Her reappearance as Abomination came as a shock to everyone, including Roth. However, the actor seems to think highly of She-Hulk and its cast. Maslany and Ruffalo were recently praised by him, and he described his entire experience with the show as “fun.” In addition to the obvious implications for the story of Abomination, the revelation that Roth will not be a purely computer-generated creation is very welcome. She-Hulk will be a wonderful opportunity for Roth to show off some of his acting chops in the MCU.

For now, fans are eagerly awaiting the show’s first proper glimpses to begin. Nothing major since last year’s official She-Hulk trailer has been released, so the wait continues. Fans will have to wait a little longer for the next Disney+ show, As Moon Knight is the next Disney+ show to be released, fans will have to wait a little longer. Even though her debut date has yet to be announced, it’s safe to assume that She-Hulk will end up making her Marvel Comics debut in 2022.
