The GOTG 3 trailer brings us our first look at Will Poulter’s portrayal of Adam Warlock, an important character from the Marvel comics who initially made an impact in the comic book series “Infinity Gauntlet” and “Infinity War.” Some comic book fans were shocked by Warlock’s removal from the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame,” especially after learning that he was supposed to play a key role in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.” Warlock possesses a gem in the middle of his forehead that, in the comics, served as an infinity stone. Given that this is supposed to happen after the events of “Avengers: Endgame,” we’ll have to wait to find out what the stone’s purpose will be.

In one shot, he knocks Nebula to the ground and strikes her in the face. Given that he has acted as both the hero and the occasional villain in comic books, it is unknown how the character will act in this film. Because Ayesha displayed a gold growth chamber with a creature she developed specifically to kill the Guardians in the “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” end credits scene, Adam Warlock is definitely going to be the secondary antagonist of the film. But given the much greater threat that now exists, it won’t be remarkable if Adam Warlock changes his mind and eventually joins the Guardians to destroy the High Evolutionary.

Adam Warlock, initially known as Him, was first introduced in Fantastic Four #66–#67 and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. The character made his comic book debut during the Silver Age and has since appeared in almost 4 decades of Marvel comics.

In the Marvel Universe, the hero is a cosmic being genetically designed to be flawless and the next step in the development of humanity, artificially manufactured on Earth by the Enclave. Him, who was a victim of their schemes, revolted against his makers and set off to find a different fate. The renamed Adam Warlock eventually meets the High Evolutionary and is acknowledged as a hero of the cosmos, mostly defending it from threats like Thanos, the Universal Church of Truth, etc. Additionally, he typically carries the Soul Stone, one of the legendary Infinity Stones. The superhero is also a Guardian of the Galaxy member and the head of the Infinity Watch.

Despite the fact that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is Will Poulter’s first MCU appearance, he hopes it won’t be his last.

In an interview, Poulter gushed about how thrilled he was to play Adam Warlock in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The actor gave a passionate response when the journalist spoke about the character’s probable continuation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after the Vol.3.

He said,”Oh, man, I sure hope so. I mean, the reality is, you know it from the bottom of your heart, and I have no idea what the strategy is.”
