Alexandra Daddario does not seem to shy away from showing off her incredible figure while in an unzipped swimsuit. The picture of the 36 year-old actress came a while back, but it continues to be a highlight as Instagram reminisces of the blue-eyed beauty’s famous role the 2017017 movie Baywatch. Alexandra Daddario rose to fame recently after the success of the pandemic-released series The White Lotus. But she first made a phenomenal appearance five years ago for stripping down to swimwear for the movie starring Dwayne Johnson. Needless to say, she rocked the lifeguard look in this snap. And in case you don’t remember the summer flick, here’s a throwback.

Alexandra flaunted her daring curves in the shot. One showed her in a collared and tight red swimsuit with metallic zips very much undone. The Alo Yoga influencer’s snap gave the entire focus to her gym-toned thighs and cleavage in the plunging look. She also wielded a red lifeguard board in her arm, held up high. The newly-engaged star posed with one hand resting on her slender waist as she gazed confidently, giving the boss girl vibes.
The months that led to the 2017 release of Baywatch were very heavy on the cast. This is because they spend strenuous hours at the gym and onto shores for training. As for Alexandra Daddario, it was hardcore workout and nutrition deal as it was important for her to get into shape for the action sequences that came with the role. In a conversation with Muscle & Fitness about her diet during that time, she revealed her list of foods.
“Salads, fish, and rice, especially before a workout. I keep Lara bars in my purse. I also love avocados. I’ll cut one in half, put some olive oil and salt on it—that’s a healthy and filling snack,” she stated.
Alexandra admitted that she had been weight training for the movie, and continued:
“I started working out with Patrick Murphy, this amazing trainer in Los Angeles. The weight training helped me feel stronger, especially in my back, which didn’t hurt as much. Women should look into it if they haven’t before.”
The actress also revealed that she was quite indulged in yoga back then. Which is something she still holds on to.
While talking about the practice that actress Jennifer Aniston and singer Miley Cyrus also adore and find physically and spiritually helpful, Daddario added:
“I find it more than just physically beneficial, but also emotionally. It’s great to take an hour to just chill out, be away from your phone, and focus on positivity.”
Alexandra Daddario also fronts activewear brand Alo Yoga, along with supermodel Kendall Jenner.
