Garfield Has Trust Issues With Sony Pictures
The main reason Andrew Garfield might not agree to participate in The Amazing Spider-Man 3 is connected to the brief dispute that developed between him and Sony.
The disappointing and underwhelming success of the second instalment was only one factor in the decision not to revive The Amazing Spider-Man franchise. According to rumors, the unpleasant argument that occurred between Garfield and Sony was also a factor in why he ceased playing the character on screen.
Andrew Garfield was supposedly sacked from the business because he was unable to attend a significant social event due to illness back in 2014, according to a string of emails that were leaked after a hack into Sony’s system.
