According to reports, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D star Chloe Bennet may return to her role as Quake. She last appeared as Daisy Johnson, aka Quake, in the series finale almost two years ago. There have been numerous claims for her return since she was last seen playing Quake. Over the course of the series, Chloe Bennet’s Quake emerged as a prominent character, practically taking over as the lead for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Until recently, however, the actress denied any rumors that she would return to the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).

The numerous claims of Defenders returning to the MCU imply that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D may also return. Even though Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D was originally developed as a piece of the MCU puzzle, it has remained in the spotlight since its seven-season run ended, implying that it may return.

Additionally, Quake may appear in other MCU projects. The multiverse and the quantum realm were connected in season 7 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. This connection might set the stage for her return in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. She could also appear briefly in The Marvel, where she could help introduce the Inhumans to the MCU. The Secret Invasion is supposedly connected to the Captain Marvel sequel.

In her response to online criticism of her role in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Bennet has perhaps hinted at these claims in order to defend them. After this, it appears that she will most likely return to the MCU as Quake.

Chloe Bennet Hints At Her Potential Return To MCU

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. star Chloe Bennet recently responded to criticism of her acting expertise. Bennet was seen responding to a tweet from Murphy’s Multiverse Internet scooper Charles Murphy. The Twitter war of words began when Charles Murphy was asked if the MCU re – introduced Quake as a mutant, as they did with Kamala and Whether Chloe Bennett or a new actress would continue to play her.

In response to that fan, Murphy stated, “I can’t imagine Bennet sharing the screen with talent like Florence Pugh, Hailee Steinfeld, or Samuel L. Jackson.” I’ve said it before and will continue to say it until I see something to change my mind. “She’s just not the same calibre of actress.” This online conversation fanned out to Bennet, who took it as an insult and responded to Murphy with a quote tweet.

Quote-retweeting Murphy’s post about her saying that “the best acting on a soap opera isn’t really a major accomplishment,” Bennet said that the hateful tweets “aren’t going to age well.”

Bennet’s tweet does hint at her return to her role as Quake in the MCU. Even so, no upcoming projects involving Quake have been confirmed by Marvel Studios, so it is unclear how and when Chloe Bennet could reprise her Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D character.
