Comedian Andy Samberg Makes His Marvel Debut In The Upcoming Film, Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse, Set To Release In 2023.

Comedian Andy Samberg has been confirmed to have a role in the upcoming Marvel film, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, which is set to be released in 2023. Samberg, a well-known Hollywood actor who has starred in popular movies such as Hot Rod and TV series including Brooklyn Nine-Nine, will be making his first appearance in a superhero film.

Samberg, along with fellow Lonely Island member Jorma Taccone, announced their involvement in the film on their Instagram account. Although the post did not reveal any details about their characters, Taccone has already been confirmed to be voicing the Vulture in the film.

Samberg, who is known for his classic sketches on Saturday Night Live, has also shown a willingness to take on different roles in recent years, and is no stranger to voice acting. He currently stars in and executive produces Comedy Central’s Digman animated sitcom, as well as the Hotel Transylvania quadrilogy.

It is unclear which character Samberg will play in the movie, but there are speculations that he might voice one of the Spider-Variants or make a cameo appearance. With an already talented cast that includes Oscar Isaac and Hailee Steinfeld, the film is expected to be a hit among Marvel fans.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is set to be released in theaters on June 2.
