Daniel Radcliffe has left his Harry Potter days behind more than a decade ago. But stardom hasn’t left the actor and neither have fans. Daniel Radcliffe now stars mostly in small indie art films like, “Horns” and “Swiss Army Man”. But slowly he has been finding his way back to higher productions. Recently, he starred in “The Lost City” and now he’s busy promoting his high profile role in “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story.”

But it looks like that’s the extent of his big blockbuster dreams for the moment as he reportedly has no interest in going bigger and starring in a franchise again. He says it’s because he doesn’t want to lock himself in. In a GQ interview, the actor talked about the Wolverine rumours and said:

“I just don’t ever want to get locked into something that I am not sure I will be able to love the same amount the whole time.”

He further explained:

“It’s purely a press tour rumor…This is something that comes up every so often, I think because in the comics Wolverine is short, so every so often they’re like, ‘Who’s a short actor?’ There’s never been any actual truth to it. Every so often I get bored of answering the questions sensibly, so I just make a joke like I did the other day and that sort of has reignited the rumors of it, but there’s nothing going on.”
