After directing Shang Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings, Destin Daniel Cretton might return to Marvel Cinematic Universe to direct Avengers: Kang Dynasty.

Marvel’s announcement for its Phase 5 and Phase 6 movies, are not the only projects of the studio. They have kept suspense on some of the projects which they want to reveal right at the moment.

There might be some more characters yet to get their introductory movies. Once that is done, they can also be fit into the Avengers movie in 2025. Director Kevin Fiege and Daniel Cretton will be responsible for making this movie worth a watch.

The Multiverse Saga

At San Diego Comic-Con, Kevin Fiege unveiled that Phase 4, Phase 5, and Phase 6 are termed, The Multiverse Saga. It showed how the Infinity Saga ended with Avengers: End Game and how the Multiverse Saga will end again with two back-to-back Avengers movies.

Cretton’s Involvement Is Very Assuring For The Next Avengers Movie

After the release of Shang Chi and the legend of the Ten Rings, the sequel to this movie was quickly confirmed. So, with Cretton’s return to MCU in Avengers: Kang Dynasty, you can probably confirm the plans of MCU for Shang Chi II, which is not revealed during Comic Con.

There is no announcement for the directors of Avengers: Secret Wars. But Kevin Feige has confirmed that the Russo Brothers, the directors of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: End Game, are not involved.

Marvel fans are about to experience a thrill and action set by new directors on board. We have seen how magnificent Russo Brothers are. But it will be even better to settle at theatres with new expectations from fresh directors.

What matters now is how Marvel plots the entire story and directs it to Avengers: Kang Dynasty. So far, Phase 4 has been a disaster compared to Phase 1, 2, and 3. Fans expect changes in story writers, VFX artists, and directors. It will help Marvel Studios bring back the lost charm of MCU in forthcoming movies.
