The Star Wars Rebels franchise has been slowly introducing its animated characters into live-action productions, and The Mandalorian is the latest series to do so. Season 3, Episode 5 of the show featured the live-action debut of Garazeb Orrelios, also known as Zeb, one of the main characters from Star Wars Rebels.

Zeb appeared in Chapter 21 of The Mandalorian, where he was seen in a saloon on a New Republic base, talking to Carson Teva. Steve Blum, the actor who voiced Zeb in Rebels, played the character in the live-action version.

In the Rebels series, Zeb served in the Lasan Honor Guard before joining the Ghost crew, eventually becoming a member of the rebellion. After the series ended, Zeb joined the New Republic, as confirmed in his appearance in The Mandalorian.

While it’s unclear if Zeb will be included in the series, his appearance in The Mandalorian has given fans hope.
