Karan Soni, who played Dopinder in the previous Deadpool films, has been confirmed to return for Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3, according to a recent report by Deadline. Soni will be joining Leslie Uggams’ Blind Al, who was already expected to be a part of the project.
Other Cast Members

The third installment of Deadpool, directed by Shawn Levy, has been adding to its cast. In September last year, the announcement that Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine would be joining the cast was well received by fans. Some rumors also suggested that Loki’s Mobius and Miss Minutes, played by Owen Wilson and Tara Strong respectively, would be part of the story.
Succession’s Matthew Macfadyen is another recent addition to the upcoming Marvel action-comedy. However, as is typical for Marvel, no details have been given regarding his role.
Dopinder’s Role In The Film

Soni previously revealed that he had “signed up for four movies” before Disney’s purchase, but he hadn’t heard anything since. Nevertheless, he hopes to be back.
It is unsurprising to see Dopinder returning for the third film, given that Ryan Reynolds likes to include his friends in his mayhem-filled parties. The real question is whether Dopinder will interact with Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine or the rumored Multiverse storyline. If he does, it could go one of two ways: he could become a fun sidekick character to play off the titular character’s new dynamic duo, or his timeline could fall victim to an Incursion, which would be a rather bleak outcome.
