Emilia Clarke is joyous and charming as ever in this interview and talks about how much she adores the stage and which parts she would love to play if she gets a chance in later years of her acting journey.

While the stages and areas around the world are shut due to the covid-19 outbreak, it’ll be wonderful to see people again filling in the rows and socializing to enjoy the mastery of theatres. Until that moment arrives, many stage play starts are putting out efforts to keep the theatre’s spirit alive.

On this occasion, *Vogue* had an interview with known stage actors, which also included a duo from the GOT cast. These actors put out their thoughts about the art of theatre, how it affects them, and their enthusiasm would make fans eager to see them again on the stage.

GOT Stars Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) and Indira Varma (Ellaria Sand) were among the performers who participated (along with tycoons like Andrew Scott and Jude Law). Clarke, retaining her charm and enthusiasm as ever commented about her experience and knowledge about theatre.

One tip she had for actors who also have trouble remembering their lines is repeating them to their oven as she does. ( Indira Verma, on the other hand, finds learning lines freaking challenging and tiresome.) She also recalls a funny and awkward moment when she acted as Holly Golightly in a stage version of Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Talking about the scene, she tells how she had to walk on stage naked except for a towel to cover her body after a bath scene and when she tripped, got some exciting reaction from crew above. Also, her accent is something you would enjoy to listen to.

The intriguing Part; is the desired roles of Clarke being Blanche DuBois from A Streetcar Named Desire and Lady Macbeth from Macbeth, among the others. And I’m sure you’ll also love to see Emilia Clarke with a heavy southern tone and dialogue delivery.

Concluding the talk, Emilia shares how theatre is a home for her with raw experience, which sends electric waves through her. The love of theatre, her passion, her relation to the stage, and her describing that it’s the way how you comment or communicate with others had us rooting for her.

We hope to see her and others back on stage as soon as possible.
