He claims he worked on NWH for two days when Garfield and his stunt double were both unavailable for re-shootings.

Doctor Strange and Spider-Man trade blows in a scene involving the actors Benedict Cumberbatch and Tobey Maguire. Them as well as Tom Holland as Spider-Man. Also, there was a “small physical scene” that was cut from the final cut.

Garfield’s Peter In The MCU

Marc Webb directed Garfield’s first appearance as Peter Parker in 2012’s Amazing Spider-Man. A year later, Garfield appeared in Amazing Spider-Man 2, which was released in 2014. Both films did well at the box office. Reviewers, on the other hand, were split. After a third film and several spinoffs were planned, Sony partnered with Marvel Studios and brought Spider-Man to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After Quentin Beck/Mysterio revealed Spider-identity Man’s at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home in 2019, Garfield reprises his Spider-Man role in No Way Home. The spell goes awry, and several Spider-Man characters from previous films, including Garfield’s Peter, are brought into the MCU.

Rumors have circulated since Garfield’s return in No Way Home that he will reprise his role as Spider-Man in a future MCU film. Many of Garfield’s admirers want to see him complete his film trilogy. As far as Garfield is concerned, he’d be open to returning to the role if the part felt right to him. Garfield’s return to the role of Spider-Man has not been confirmed yet.
