Now that Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been brought to an end with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, it is time for Phase Five. with the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which takes place in the quantum realm, on February 17, 2023.
Fans are starting to theorize their notions now that the movie is just a few months away. A brand-new theory is currently making the rounds on the internet, and it is related to one of the original Avengers, who started it all.
If the theory is correct, viewers will experience a wild ride when “Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania” finally hits theatres.

Kang Convinced Janet To Help Him

Therefore, it is clear from the trailer that Kang’s technological breakdown caused him to get stranded in the quantum realm. He reverse-engineered it using future technology, so he is unable to make it again without the same components that were easy to obtain then. Janet disables an ICBM using quantum mechanics in order to end the Cold War (1979–1985). We believe Kang influenced Janet to assist him in mending his technology using components from her suit (derived from 1980s technology).

She discovers that Kang isn’t as kind as he seems, hides some quantum technology from him, and is banished or flees. And it is at this point that she most likely meets Krylar and learns about their past. However, we believe that Kang starts to develop the TVA and his tempad (shown in Loki Season 1) using the technology that they did fix. Because of this, the TVA’s computers, office layout, and printers are all modelled on Janet’s 1980s technology.

Darren Cross ‘ MODOK’

Darren Cross enters the quantum realm at the end of “Ant Man 1.” But before that, we witness his entire building implode in an identical orange manner. Therefore, if any of Darren’s technology and lab equipment are still there and exist in the quantum realm, Cross might be able to assist Kang by sharing his knowledge of Pym particle technology that Janet would not. Say further that Kang aids MODOK/Darren in escaping. There is a probability that MODOK has funded AIM from the beginning, and the reason he did so was to support the regeneration of the extremities since he doesn’t want to end up with a huge head and little arms.

The Invincible Ironman

Iron Man – Tony Stark

Iron Man is continually fighting people just to find they aren’t in charge. Tony’s kidnappers were actually Obadiah Stone, Whiplash was Hammer, and Loki was Thanos. So perhaps the true AIM villain was MODOK rather than Aldrich Killian.

Kang’s tech was actually based on Iron Man’s technology in the animated series Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Fans I therefore believed that the same would apply to the MCU, but we failed to consider that Iron Man had only found the navigation (möbius strip). To go quantum and enable time travel, they still had to use PYM particles. We may now be able to guess how Scott could destroy Kang’s time technology, given his knowledge of and expertise with testing quantum technology for use in time travel. We believe Scott will send Kang and possibly himself into ancient Egypt to begin the Pharaoh Rama Tut story arc by removing or destroying the component that allows you to control and move time.

Rama Tut

Rama Tut

Rama-Tut was the first owner of the Eye of Ages and a Pharaoh in ancient Egypt. He had to command the murder of En Sabah Nur before entering a 5,000-year sleep, but not before embracing Apocalypse.

Rama-Tut is  a time traveller from the future who brought cutting-edge technology with him when he journeyed to the past, according to what Beast (The hairy blue Mutants) translated in Dark Horizon II. He escaped when Apocalypse pursued him in retaliation for the massacre of his outlaw clan, but he left behind his technology, which Apocalypse claimed as his own and used for his own ends.

In reality, Kang the Conqueror is Rama-Tut.

If this happens, Ant-Man 3 will not only kick off Phase 5, but it will also set up the Mutants, Kang’s Dynasty, and the Fantastic Four.

A Different Opinion

Kang Variants

We have the impression that the Kang in the Ant-Man 3 is not the same kind of Kang as Loki.

According to Kang motive, He Who Remains is a Kang who desires multiversal solitude, which is why the TVA exists in any of those time lines.

Kang, with other goals, would not have created the TVA. As such, based on the current commercial, this appears to be the case.

I believe the Kang in the future film is most likely just another one-off. He Who Remains likes isolation, but for a totally unrelated purpose.

Kang as we envision him (many variations from different universes acting together nefariously) won’t appear until later. I don’t believe it will take effect fully until later, though it might be hinted at or at least explained.

Even though Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania marks the series’ conclusion with Paul Rudd as its lead, In the Multiverse Saga, Kang’s final role actually starts there. Because the MCU is dealing with variants across infinite realities, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has a rare opportunity to explore the story of more than one incarnation of Kang. Even though the exact number of Kang variations that will feature in the film is unknown, it’s unlikely that Marvel Studios won’t cast Majors in several roles as his MCU foe.
