New details have come to light regarding the arrest of Marvel actor Jonathan Majors, who is known for his role as Kang the Conqueror in the recent film, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania. Majors was taken into custody on the morning of March 25 in a Chelsea, New York apartment on charges of assault.

Although Majors’ attorney insists that the actor is “completely innocent and is provably the victim,” the allegations continue to cast a shadow over the star.

911 Call Reveals Actor’s Concern For Girlfriend

A recent report indicates that it was actually Jonathan Majors who made the initial 911 call out of concern for his girlfriend before being arrested on alleged assault charges. According to New York Police sources speaking with ABC, Majors contacted the authorities due to his worries about his partner.

However, when the police arrived at the apartment, they received a different account from Majors’ girlfriend. She claimed that the actor had attacked her in a cab while they were traveling home from a Brooklyn bar.

The New York City Police Department’s official report states that Majors was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman, adding that “the victim informed police she was assaulted.” Upon their arrival at the scene, officers observed visible marks on the woman’s body and subsequently arrested the actor. The initial charges against Majors included strangulation, assault, and harassment.

In light of these allegations, a major advertising campaign for the U.S. Army featuring Majors has been pulled. Furthermore, past rumors of the actor’s “vicious, cruel, abusive” behavior have resurfaced, fueling additional speculation and scrutiny.
