In the months before Spider-Man: No Way Home, a lot of the talk was about which old heroes and villains would be back. When Benedict Cumberbatch’s Sorcerer traverses through the multiverse; It looks like fans are in for a treat with some surprising and exciting cameos.

In the latest trailer, we learned that Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch is going to be the villain of the movie. Professor X will also be there as well a surprising Illuminati cast that is waiting for an intro in the MCU. Since, Marvel has a history of being secretive and cryptic, fans think this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Recent rumors say that Charles Xavier may not be the only Mutant hero in the next Doctor Strange movie. There have been a lot of rumors about a Multiverse Illuminati featuring Wolverine.

Rumors have been swirling for a while now that some old characters will be back in the next Doctor Strange movie. Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine has been at the top of the list for many. They played Wolverine in 11 movies over 17 years, from X-Men in 2000 to Logan in 2017, and his portrayal of the Mutant Hero has made him a household name.

Based on these calls and the movie, Marvel Studios probably asked Jackman to reprise his role, but he may not have agreed to do so. Patrick Stewart’s Charles Xavier makes it very likely that Wolverine will appear with him. If not Hugh Jackman, who else?

Is Marvel Studios working on an X-Men reboot? If so, Wolverine could be in the new show. Neither Taron Egerton from Kingsman nor Daniel Radcliffe from Harry Potter have been chosen by fans to play Wolverine in the next big-screen movie. Egerton and Radcliffe could both play the animated Logan in live action.

Finally, the MCU’s own Mutants could be shown off in Multiverse of Madness. It could even show off some X-Men with new actors who would go on to lead the reboot of the movie.

According to what we know, Wolverine from the X-Men ’97 movie is the most likely to show this up in Multiverse of Madness. People say that Patrick Stewart will play animated Professor X instead of his original role on Fox. He may also be joined by more of the team than was previously thought, which could make this movie even better!

This could be a great chance to honor one of the many fan castings for the character that the studio doesn’t plan to use in the reboot.

In the movie, Jackman isn’t going to play Wolverine the same way he played Wolverine in the X-Men movies. This could be the first time fans see a comic-accurate Wolverine in real life. It’s been a long time since comic book fans have been excited to see the Mutant in his yellow costume on the big screen.
