As per The Disinsider there are no plans for a Wanda focused movie. Instead Marvel Studios is planning to have her appear in one episode of Agatha: Coven of Chaos. Here’s the quote from the outlet:

“While rumors swirl that a Scarlet Witch movie is coming, we have been told that there are currently no plans for that at this time. We were told that at the very least that Wanda Maximoff will appear in one episode of the WandaVision spinoff series Agatha: Coven of Chaos, and that role would be very minor [but pivotal].”

Disinder also says that Scarlet Witch will be in Avengers: Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars. Also there are plans for her to appear in the Vision Quest series as well:

“Another spinoff, Vision Quest is in development and at this time it is way too early to confirm or deny a Wanda appearance, but were told the idea is to get her to appear. That said, she will be back for both Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars.”

For now, this is just a rumor. And as such, we would advise you to not put too much stock into it before any official confirmation comes along. After all, MCU projects are always developing and changing. And as such, the solo project might be back in development. But at least, fans can expect to see Scarlet Witch and Elizabeth Olsen next in Agatha: Coven of Chaos and the two upcoming Avengers projects.
