The Next Big Villain Kang
The Kang Dynasty movie can explore more about Kang and his variants across the multiverse.
However, if Marvel adapted more from the comics, the Kang Dynasty storyline could follow the same.
A 30th-century warlord Kang the Conqueror time travels to the 21st century and invades the MCU earth.
Therefore, the Avengers assemble again to fight against Kang the Conqueror and eventually get defeated.
This sets up the next movie Secret Wars which deals with multiversal war like Kang mentioned in Loki Season one.
Even though the Avengers can defeat Kang, he can always return as a variant from another universe.
