As previously announced, Anthony Mackie is set to don the iconic Captain America suit, taking over the mantle from Steve Rogers. With Mackie’s transition to Captain America, the role of Falcon is now open for a new hero in Captain America 4.

In the events of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series, Sam Wilson, portrayed by Anthony Mackie, passed on his EXO-7 Falcon suit to his close friend Joaquin Torres, played by Danny Ramirez.
