Megan Fox has grabbed another hot magazine cover in support of her new picture, Midnight In The Switchgrass.
On Thursday, Basic magazine released Issue 17, which featured a gorgeous shoot by photographer James Macari of the Hollywood favorite. The raven-haired beauty, 35, flaunted her enviable physique in a black heart-shaped bra and acid-washed denim.
Machine Gun Kelly’s girlfriend wore large silver hoop earrings and a French manicure with sharp tips. Inside the magazine, she discussed how she is now the captain of her ship following a career epiphany last year that caused her to lose her fear of failure. ‘My state of consciousness shapes the world I encounter,’ the Transformers actress explained during a Basic interview.
This cover is in response to her statement that she joined up for Midnight In The Switchgrass to meet Kelly. The actress met the rapper – whose real name is Colson Baker – on the set of the film and claimed she felt compelled to be in it because ‘the universe’ told her it would be rewarding for her in some manner.
‘It was a vehicle—I’ll be honest—for me to meet Colson,’ she explained. I was aware he would appear in the film, but the world was simply saying, “Proceed with this. Something about this encounter will be gratifying for you “‘ The beauty, who has three sons with estranged husband Brian Austin Green, immediately felt a soulmate connection with MGK but was convinced their romance would never work.
‘When I met [Colson], I felt instantaneously that this is a soul I’ve traveled with previously, that this was a soul-mate connection, and that there was a purpose here,’ she told Who What Where magazine.
However, my rational brain chimed in and said, “This would never work for 101 reasons.” The Jennifer’s Body actress even compiled a list of the advantages and disadvantages of dating the 31-year-old rapper, but her heart ultimately triumphed over her intellect.
Megan follows her instincts when it comes to her work, and the Till Death actress welcomes assignments that she believes will have a lasting impact on her as a person. ‘At times, you can just tell something about [an acting job],’ she explained. As in, this is going to alter my personality. That is what I desire for my life: continual evolution and growth.
‘I was never a chess player. It has always been a matter of intuition as to whether or not something struck a chord with me.’
