When does Ms. Marvel after the events of Endgame? It’s been a few years after the events of Avengers: Endgame. It’s only a matter of time before Iman Vellani makes her Disney+ debut as Kamala Khan. As with any new MCU film, there are already questions about Ms Marvel’s place in the overall timeline as Marvel persists to piece out its own post-Infinity Saga slate.
The star cast of Ms Marvel includes actors like Yasmeen Fletcher, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff, and many more alongside Vellani in the role of the title character. The film is directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the Bad Boys for Life duo. Khan is a Marvel Comics character who debuted in 2014, making it all the more significant that Marvel Studios chose to adapt her to the MCU over the plethora of other characters in their library.
As a result, Marvel Studios is reworking Kamala’s Ms Marvel powers and making other adjustments to make her fit into the MCU. After the Infinity Saga, Ms Marvel will take place, like most Phase 4 projects, but until now, no official confirmation has been given as to when the show will take place — until now.
Sana Amanat, a writer and producer who spoke with The Direct, answers the question. She believes that Ms Marvel will take place approximately one to two years after Thanos was vanquished in Avengers: Endgame, but they haven’t decided the exact date yet. Here’s the full text of what she had to say:
“So, I think right now, we haven’t put an official number on how many years have gone by since Endgame. I cannot tell you off the top of my head because I would butcher it. I feel like it’s one to two years [after Avengers: Endgame], something like that, but I don’t actually remember [specifically]. But we do have that in our timeline.”
Only Black Widow has a release date prior to Avengers: Endgame in the MCU’s Phase 4. A new era and arc for the Marvel Cinematic Universe are being established as a result of this effort by Marvel Studios. In addition to her own show on Disney+, Ms Marvel has also been confirmed to appear in The Marvels, her first appearance on the big screen. Captain Marvel and Monica Rambeau star in the film directed by Nia DaCosta, which also features Teyonnah Parris’ Monica Rambeau.
Her role in Ms Marvel’s second season is more likely than not, but she may also appear in other Marvel projects in the future. However, as a new member of the MCU, it’s anticipated that she will have a significant impact on future events. The Avengers’ mania is explained in some way in Endgame. A major focus of the show will be on Khan’s admiration for Captain Marvel.
Another show that shows how adored Earth’s Mightiest Heroes have become since Thanos’ defeat takes place around this time as Hawkeye does. To fully explore the street-level aftereffects of Marvel’s first three phases, establishing it after the developments of the Infinity Saga will allow the show to do so.
