3. No One Has Been Cast As Superman Till Now
For a few days rumors were circulating about actor Jacob Elordi being looked at by DC Studios for the role of Superman. DC subreddits were buzzing with the news and many even thought that he would be announced as the new man of steel soon. However, Gunn quashed those rumors and clarified that he hasn’t cast anyone as Superman.
Check out his tweet where he also says that the script for the movie isn’t finished yet as well.
My thoughts are no one has been cast as Superman yet. Casting, as is almost always the case with me, will happen after the script is finished or close to finished, and it isn’t. We’ll announce a few things in not too long, but the casting of Superman won’t be one of them. 🧜♂️ https://t.co/2SGWV2RSI7
