Salma Hayek showed off her ample cleavage in an Original Gucci one-piece swimsuit in a new photo she tweeted on Monday.

The 55-year-old actress shared a photo of herself wearing the scoop-necked suit as she emerged from a pool to sip lemonade.’This is not my outfit for House Of Gucci, but I recommend it regardless,’ Salma wrote in the description, accompanied by a smiley emoji.

Sizzling

‘Este no is mi vestuario en la pelicula “La Casa Gucci,” pero de todos modos se recomiendo mucho,’ the Mexico-born stunner continued in Spanish. @gucci @houseofguccimovie

The black halter swimsuit from the pre-2020 Fall collection includes a gold and silver ‘Original Gucci’ laminated logo. The brunette beauty’s moist strands cascaded about her shoulders in the waist-up shot.

Salma wore no makeup and only her magnificent 5-carat engagement ring, which was given to her by her billionaire husband, François-Henri Pinault. Salma plays Pina Auriemma, a TV fate teller and tarot card reader who advises Patrizia Reggiani in House Of Gucci (Lady Gaga). She later assists Patrizia in her plot to assassinate her ex-husband and former head of the Gucci fashion empire, Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver)

Challenging

In the film, Pina and Patrizia go to a luxurious spa for a mud bath to commemorate Patrizia’s divorce from Maurizio in 1994. Salma said she had to gain ‘extra kilograms’ to play Pina, described filming the mud bath sequence as ‘horrific’ during her appearance on the Late Late Show with James Corden.

‘I’ve never done a mud bath,’ Hayek admitted to James before admitting that her assumptions of how it should go were utterly wrong.
‘Once you’re in, you’re nude,’ she said of entering the tub. ‘Well, not fully; we had something underneath but nothing on top – and the problem is, I was convinced I was going to drown,’ she recounted.

Making it appear simple

Salma observed Gaga sinking into the bath ‘like an Egyptian queen,’ but her experience differed. ‘I sit in the mud with my additional kilograms, and I’m not sinking.’ And I’m attempting to peel the muck [away from] my massive buttocks to make some weight [move].’ ‘And then it begins moving me around, and then there are the boobs going this,’ she explained as she kicked her legs up and reclined on the couch during the interview, reenacting how her body sloshed around.

She explained that they were filming a “really intense moment” and that Gaga was “trying to keep focused” while flailing around. ‘I couldn’t recall the lines.’ One leg was up, and then I went sinking in. ‘It was terrifying…the most difficult scene I’ve ever done,’ she insisted. During the interview, she joked about her character in the gorgeous film,’ saying, ‘…Except I play the psychic who is not glamorous, not good looking like everyone else,’ and adding that the weight she had to gain for the role was ‘difficult’ to lose.

On November 19, the Academy Award winner earned her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which she and her 14-year-old daughter Valentina Paloma attended. Salma’s Grown Ups co-star Adam Sandler and Chloe Zhao, the director of her recent Marvel film Eternals, paid tribute to the actress during the event. House of Gucci debuted during Thanksgiving weekend with $14.2 million in three-day ticket sales and $21.8 million in five-day ticket sales, marking the biggest opening for a drama in two years.

However, critics have given the Ridley Scott-directed film mixed reviews. ‘Watching House of Gucci is like surviving a hurricane,’ Tom Ford remarked. At the same time, the Gucci family issued a blistering statement, saying, ‘This is tremendously hurtful from a human standpoint and an insult to the legacy on which the brand is founded today.’
