Shazam! Fury of the Gods, the sequel to the successful DC film Shazam! (2019), is set to hit theaters this Friday. The first movie garnered a 90% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, raising the question of whether the upcoming sequel can achieve similar success. In an interview, Grace Caroline Currey, who plays Mary Bromfield, shares her insights on the film.

Bigger, Better, And Action-Packed

Currey believes the sequel has the potential to surpass the original, stating, “Oh gosh, it’s bigger and there’s more people, even more people than the first time, there’s more monsters, there’s more action.” She explains that the sequel builds on the foundation established by the first film, with the characters embarking on a new adventure and showcasing their powers more prominently.
