No Marvel Phase 4 show has been the subject of continuous divisive discussion as much as “She-Hulk.” The Tatiana Maslany led series was not everyone’s cup of tea to say the least. While different people had different opinions on the plot and character development, almost everyone agreed on one thing- the VFX left a lot to be desired.

So when the show got nominated for a VFX award, fans lost their minds.

What Do MCU Fans Think Of This Nomination?

“She-Hulk” getting chosen in the VFX category surprised most fans across all social media platforms. Some thought that the nomination was deserved because barring a few scenes, the VFX for the character She-Hulk was well done. However, others thought that Moon Knight should have been nominated since that character had better CGI than Jennifer Walter’ character.

But it needs to be mentioned that creating VFX for a masked character is easier than animating the entire bare face of one. Perhaps this is what got “She-Hulk” the nomination and not “Moon Knight.” Others were of the view that literally any other show deserved the nomination than “She-Hulk.” Yet others said that the team deserved the nomination for all the online abuse they had faced from fans.

What do you think? Did “She-Hulk” deserve the nomination for a VFX award?
