Marvel has finally revealed the title of Spider-Man. The sequel of the Spider-Man: Far From Home is called Spider-Man: No Way Home. This time they took a unique way of revealing the title by sharing a video on Instagram of the cast which is disappointed because of the false titles they got from the director of the film Jon Watts. As Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon walk by the camera puts the focus on the whiteboard where the real movie name was written.
One day before, the same cast revealed three Spider-Man 3 titles- Spider-Man: Phone Home, Spider-Man: Home Slice, and Spider-Man: Home-Wrecker. This shook the online world and it led to a meme hurricane online.
The last Spider-Man movie was Far from Home in which the identity of Spider-Man was revealed by Mysterio which was played by Jake Gyllenhaal. In this way, the Spider-Man 3 title makes sense as now it will be hard for Peter to return to his home as now he can’t live freely.
There are speculations that the Spider-Man 3 will deal with the multiverse similar to Doctor Strange next movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Marvel might also open a door for X-Men and Fantastic Four through Spider-Man 3.
Marvel will bring many characters not only from MCU but also from Sony’s old franchise Spider-Man as well. Jamie Foxx’s Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus are already confirmed to return in the new Spider-Man world. From MCU, Doctor Strange played by Benedict Cumberbatch will take place of Tony Stark as the mentor for Spider-Man. This will make the Spider-Man 3 even more interesting and complex.
Spider-Man last movie Far From Home was a huge success both commercially and critically for MCU and Sony. The movie made more than 1.1 billion dollars worldwide and also earned a 92 per cent rating at review aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will release on Christmas this year.
