MCU fans think that the slate is overwhelming and Marvel Studios is repeating the same mistake it did with Phase 4. The previous MCU Phase was marked with criticisms of poor VFX and subpar plots. Many thought that it was because the projects didn’t get enough time to get adequately developed.

Fans also thought that releasing shows in such close proximity to each other made it difficult for fans to be excited about the next show or movie. However, many thought that MCU had learnt its lesson and will make it a point to slow down the releases while also putting more gaps between the release of two projects.

But as of now, Marvel Studios’ slate hasn’t changed. Thus, this made fans comment on the situation at hand. One fan said, “I’m glad I don’t really watch the MCU anymore, this is just too much .”

Another questioned, “Is there a need for some of this? Were people out there clamoring for Echo?”

One fan felt bad for the VFX artists, “My heart goes out to the VFX artists who will probably be put through hell for this.”
