Fans are left wondering what Marvel might do with their gamma-infused properties after the mind-blowing finale of She Hulk, especially after the brief introduction of Skaar, who is the son of Bruce Banner in the comics.

Similar to the phony Mandarin in Iron Man 3, the Intelligencia was handled rather dishonestly in She-Hulk, but they can still naturally redeem it. The Leader founded Intelligencia in the Marvel comics, which is often overseen by him and MODOK. We already know that The Leader will be back in Captain America: New World Order, and we also know that Thunderbolt Ross, who was recast, will return along with the Thunderbolts for the same film.

Theory Time

According to a reddit theory, Ross was largely forgotten after the 2008 Hulk movie. It wouldn’t have had a significant impact if his position had been handed to any other individual. It was clear he didn’t have as much to do. Marvel would only recast Ross if they wanted to finally transform him into the Red Hulk. And the fact that they included him in the same film as The Leader—the character who originally transformed Ross into the Red Hulk in the comics adds more proof to that.

the entire Intelligencia, not just The Leader, experimented on Ross to turn him into a Gamma Monster. Its members are primarily super-intelligent characters from comic books, including The Leader, MODOK, Dr. Doom, Klaue, Red Ghost,  and Wizard. The Leader, MODOK, Doom, and Klaue can currently be employed as team members because they are currently or soon will be in the MCU.

The Red Hulk and Val assemble a group of anti-heroes, led by the Red Hulk, called “The Thunderbolts,” to combat the numerous Gamma monsters because there are currently no Avengers to prevent the World War Hulks and the Intelligencia’s New World Order. The Hulk attempts to stop the Leader’s intentions by going after him, but the Leader sees it coming and is able to give him the gamma energy/extremis/super soldier serum formula, making him stronger while also shattering his personality melding and bringing out a fully-enraged Hulk by tricking him into thinking the Thunderbolts murdered his son Skaar as part of their gamma monster genocide, which then leads him to fully develop the Incredible Hulk persona.

After Skaar calms down his father and helps him transform back into Bruce Banner, Hulk realizes that he has been misled, so he joins the Thunderbolts to stop the other Hulked out monsters.
