After Kevin Feige revealed that Avengers: Secret Wars will be Marvel’s grandest movie ever with a huge cast, we can no longer contain our excitement.
According to rumors, Secret Wars will be divided into two parts, proving that Disney will devote all of its energy and resources to producing this movie.
This implies that the film, like Tony’s passing, will have high stakes and a significant impact on the MCU.
According to rumors, several heroes may die in the Secret Wars movie adaptation. Here is a list of MCU heroes we believe will make an appearance in Avengers: Secret Wars for the last time.

10. Maria Hill

Since she first appeared in The Avengers, Maria Hill has received little attention in the MCU. The majority of her appearances have been in minor supporting roles, preventing fans from learning more about Maria beyond the fact that she is Nick Fury’s assistant. This is a real pity, and it gets worse when you consider what we fear Phase 5 will bring for her.

We are unable to envision how Agent Hill will play a significant role in any subsequent films because the MCU has moved past agents and is now preoccupied with Gods, mutants, and monsters.

9. War Machine

The War Machine, played by Don Cheadle, may be nearing the end of his run in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. After more than a decade of secondary roles in the MCU, War Machine’s Armor Wars movie will offer the Avenger his first major role. However, it could be an indication that Marvel is attempting to tie up his plot in the coming years. As a result of the Multiverse Saga’s increasing focus on Rhodey, he may end up as one of Kang’s victims during the Secret Wars. These could be the last projects to utilize the War Machine, especially since Cheadle’s contract is about to conclude.

8. Nick Fury

Although Nick Fury may have been instrumental in the initial formation of The Avengers, we worry that his involvement in the MCU may be coming to an end. Since S.H.I.E.L.D broke down in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the one-eyed spy has seen his significance in the series decline.

Although the Spider-Man: Far From Home post-credit scene gave us the impression that he was crucial to the development of S.W.O.R.D., we haven’t yet seen any evidence to support this or demonstrate his significance to the group. Obviously, nothing is definite, but we’re concerned that Fury won’t play a significant enough role following the Secret Invasion to support the famous character’s continued existence.

7. Janet Van Dyne

Kang will confront Janet van Dyne in the Ant-Man threequel. Some MCU theories contend that Janet served as Kang’s minion during her stay in the Quantum Realm, making her the Conqueror’s adversary when she was able to break free from the microverse without him. Kang might use the upcoming reunion as a chance to get payback on Janet. Van Dyne’s likely demise in Quantumania would be a pretty horrific way to finish the often happy Ant-Man series, considering that she only recently was able to get back with her daughter after spending years imprisoned in the Quantum Realm.

6. Hank Pym

After handing Scott Lang his Ant-Man suit, Hank Pym has been a devoted and trustworthy mentor, but his tenure in the MCU may be coming to an end. We believe that the world’s first Ant-Man may never be able to escape the Quantum Realm after watching the trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Although Hank’s cause of death is unknown, we suspect that he will give his life to save the lives of his wife and daughter, whom he reconciled with in Ant-Man and the Wasp after being apart for decades.

5. Wong

Phase 4 unexpectedly saw Wong gain authority over Kamer-Taj, but Wong’s demise may be foreshadowed by Doctor Strange’s position as Sorcerer Supreme. Over the course of his numerous outings throughout the MCU, particularly in movies like Shang-Chi and She-Hulk, Benedict Wong has gained popularity. Wong may have to pass away for Doctor Strange to once again realize his full potential as Sorcerer Supreme because his continuous rule as Sorcerer Supreme appears to be an obstacle for the apparent plot of Doctor Strange.

4. Rocket And Drax

We were all stunned and moved by the Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 trailer. The most recent rumor to circulate claims that both Rocket and Drax will die in the movie. Director James Gunn stated that the third instalment was created because Rocket is his favorite character and he wanted to wrap up his narrative.

In addition to Drax, the trailer hinted at other Guardians mourning. And they think it’s because Drax is either dead or badly injured.

3. Nebula

One of the most intriguing aspects of the Guardians of the Galaxy series is the bond between adoptive sisters Nebula and Gamora. Though Thanos frequently set them against one another, which caused them to originally despise one another, they have now learned to embrace and love one another after recognizing that neither of them is responsible for their upbringing.

Given that, the ideal way for this relationship to change would be for Nebula to give up her life for her sister so that she may spend the rest of her days with Peter Quill, the love of her life.

2. Doctor Strange

Much like Tony Stark was for the Infinity Saga, Doctor Strange has been referred to as the “pillar” of the Multiverse Saga. Therefore, when Kang eventually arrives, Strange might suffer the same fatal outcome as his predecessor. Despite his peculiar absence from Phase 5, Doctor Strange will undoubtedly have a significant influence on the Multiverse Saga’s ultimate endeavors. He feels obligated to follow in Stark’s footsteps in an effort to save the Multiverse, but his unwavering dedication to stopping Kang could lead to his own death in the process. The emotional devastation seen in Avengers: Secret Wars would undoubtedly be highlighted by Strange’s passing.

1. Winter Soldier

It’s possible that Bucky Barnes’ adventures in the MCU are coming to an end. Due to his extensive expertise, he will surely serve as the Thunderbolts’ captain, and as we are all clearly aware, a leader of a superhuman group always sacrifices himself for the greater good.

Since we’re no longer sure how Bucky fits into the MCU, we genuinely worry that he won’t make it. He might have a chance to become a hero on the streets, but it’s just as probable that Bucky will suffer the final sacrifice in his upcoming adventure. We hope it doesn’t occur because we think the White Wolf has a lot more to offer, but he learned from Steve Rogers that sometimes heroes must give their lives in order to save the people they love.
