Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, is said to have survived three assassination attempts in the last week. The assassins were stopped by anti-war members of Russia’s Federal Security Service , which is the successor to the KGB. They told Ukrainian officials, according to the Times.

He said that he had information from the double agents who do not want to take part in this bloody war. Ukraine’s Secretary of National Security and Defense confirmed that three assassination attempts had been made. There was a group called the Wagner Group, which allegedly tried to kill Zelensky, 44, and had a kill list of 24 names. It has 400 members in Kyiv, Ukraine. If the attempt had been successful, Russian President Vladimir Putin would have been able to say that he had nothing to do with it.

They would be going into the country with a very high-profile mission that the Russians would want to keep secret, a source told the Times. Decapitating a head of state is a big job, and the Russians would want to keep it secret. So far, this has been their most important job.

Prigozhin, an oligarch who is a close friend of the Russian president, runs the army-for-hire, which was flown in five weeks ago. He is being paid a lot of money for the job.

The plan was thwarted when they reached the top of the Ukrainian government on Saturday morning. This caused the city of Kyiv to declare a 36-hour curfew, which meant that everyone had to stay inside so that soldiers could search the streets for Russian saboteurs.

Citizens were told that if they were outside during curfew hours, they could be killed. This is because they could be thought to be the enemy. People who know about the Wagner Group told The Times that between 2,000 and 4,000 people were in Ukraine in January for different reasons. Zelesnky and his friends are said to be being tracked by the group through their phones. They say they know where they are at all times.

The Secretary of National Security and Defense said on March 1 that they had encountered two death squads. A Chechen hit squad also tried to kill Zelensky that day, Fox News said. The FSS also told us where they were going.

In an address to the country, Zelensky addressed that he was being targeted. He said that Russian special forces were looking for him, and said that he was “target number one.”

Sources told the Times that the militia was told about Putin’s plans for Ukraine back in December, long before the Russian army learned about them.

The mercenaries said that soldiers and generals were afraid to oppose the invasion plans, and that several had been killed for doing so.
