Sony Pictures has given a glimpse of what’s happening on the set of Bad Boys 4 by releasing a fun video to those present at CinemaCon 2023. The clip showed stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence having a good time on set.

Smith and Lawrence shared some banter, with Smith joking that he was glad he was not at the convention himself, as he is being paid to be on the set. The actors also confirmed they are excited to talk about the movie.

The brief video showed some behind-the-scenes footage, with the actors goofing off on set. According to Dana Abercrombie, the crowd was very receptive to Will Smith. The clip also confirmed that they are four weeks into filming.

Bad Boys Forever

Bad Boys 3, which was released in 2020, was a massive box office success, raking in $426.5 million in the US. Despite this success, it took Sony Pictures three years to green-light the fourth installment.

Details about the plot of the new movie are yet to be revealed, but Lawrence has previously confirmed that they have “got one more at least.” With the franchise’s record of numerous sequels, it’s possible that more Bad Boys movies are in the pipeline.
