Actor Jonathan Majors, known for his role as Kang the Conqueror in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has been recast in a few upcoming projects due to assault charges. While his MCU role seems to be secure for now, other partners have cut ties with the actor as the investigation continues.

According to Deadline, Majors will no longer star in two movies he had lined up or was circling. These include an Otis Redding biopic and the upcoming adaptation of Walter Mosley’s novel, The Man in My Basement. The latter project is already in the process of recasting Majors’ role.

Majors also lost an advertisement with the U.S. Army and will not be a part of an upcoming marketing campaign for the Texas Rangers baseball team.
